[Mac-BR] Problema serio Internet

Pessoal,
Alguém me ajude pelo amor a deus que estou ha muito tempo tentando resolver um
problema de internet com um Mac Pro (2006 sem wifi) sem resultados.
Problema
- internet nao funciona direito, hora funciona hora nao. na maioria das vezes fica
extremamente lenta a ponto de nao conseguir enviar mensagens de email ou 30
segundos para entrar na pagina do google. As vezes dava um restart e funcionava
novamente, depois que passei a usar o airport extreme nem isso.
tenho aqui net 20 megas, nos pcs que estão via wifi todos funcionando muito bem
obrigado e testando no site speedtest.net estao fazendo 10MB/s de download e 0.90
de upload (ridículo mas é outro assunto). Quando meu mac funciona bem a internet
faço 19 de downlaod e 0.01 de upload (muito estranho mais uma vez acho que
problema do mac ou alguma configuração pois os pcs estão normais)
tinha um modem tplink que funcionava 100% com os pcs via wifi mas no mac nao.
instalei um Airport Extreme e estão todos bem menos meu Mac Pro que continua com o
mesmo problema.
agora pior.
A luz esta verde os pcs navegando e eu com o cabo nao consigo nada.
estou achando que pode ser algum problema físico do mac pois ja tentei colocar os
cabos
nas duas portas ethernet e nada, mesmo problema.
Poderia ser o cabo, mas liguei o note PC nele e funcionou normal.
dei um ping no ip do roteador (airport extreme) 10.0.1.1 e esta retornando:
70.0% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.207/0.302/0.457/0.110 ms
donde acho que o problema é mesmo entre o roteador e meu Mac.
acho meio improvável pois as outras maquina estão funcionado mas sera que tem
alguma configuração
a fazer no roteador ?
outra coisas que ja fiz.
entrei no usuario temporario e nao funciona.
reparei as permissões mas nao há steve jobs que a reparem:
Alguém sugere alguma outra coisa antes que eu tente re instalar do zero o Snow
para ver se funciona?
e antes de ter que levar numa assistência?
