[Mac-BR] iPhone nao importa fotos

[Caio M]

Pessoal,  
estou apanhando aqui,
um iphone 12. no MBP com 10.13 


Nao consigo importar nem pelo Photos nem pelo ImageCapture.
Alem de nao carregar as imagens o photos só fica pensando e nao importa ou da erro dizendo que o arquivo é irreconhecivel.
No ImageCaputre da erro.
Apple esta me deixando louco.


Alguma sugestão?
