De fato em algumas situações o desempenho de um vídeo assistido em um local fora do país tem um desempenho diferente do que em servidores do Brasil. Porém esta diferença não é tão grande ao ponto de não permitir que se assista vídeos de forma decente, ainda mais em uma conexão de 10MB. Uma conexão de 5MB já seria o suficiente para nem perceber esta diferença.</div><div><br></div><div>Se ao mesmo tempo que a intenet cai o telefone fica mudo soa como algum tipo de problema na rede (cabo, conexões, etc), talvez fora da sua residência.</div><div><br></div><div>Enfim, recomendaria que você fizesse vários testes em horários diferentes do dia para ligar na operadora e dizer que em tal horário a velocidade é tanto e até mesmo solicitar um técnico que visite sua residência para ver se há algum problema na sua rede ou equipamento.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Aqui estou tendo problemas sérios com velocidade também. GVT 3MB entrega 1.8MB (ah, 5 horas da manhã funciona 3MB 100%) e Oi (que aqui era a Brasil Telecom e continua, só mudou o nome), com 5MB contratado que geralmente entrega 4.6MB (mas tem horas que nem chega a 2MB).</div><div><br></div><div>Uso um modem Linksys WAG200G (3 anos de uso) para a GVT e um Huawei HG521 (1 mes de uso) para a Oi.</div><div><br></div><div>Tenho feito uma rotina exaustiva de testes para tentar entender o que está ocorrendo, até mesmo para reclamar com a operadora.</div><div><br></div><div>Os testes que eu faço utilizam basicamente 2 mecanismos, o Speedtest e o SIMET (que é do CPTRO). Estou fazendo testes há quase 2 meses, muitas vezes por semana em vários horários diferentes. Com isso eu puder entender como está o funcionamento da internet, em que horários está boa ou ruim e que problema tenho. Além disso faço 5 downloads de arquivos diferentes (fontes como Apple, Microsoft, Kurumin, Ubuntu) para testar a velocidade de download, se isto condiz com o que deveria ser entregue. </div><div><br></div><div>Tudo isso para poder chamar o técnico aqui e ao menos provar por A+B que a velocidade que eu estou contratando não está chegando e que não preciso de gerenciador de downloads para atingir a velocidade da minha conexão.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><div><br><div>

O iStat Pro informa nestes casos que a conexão está em até 3GB, mas o “fluxo” tende para zero. <br><br>A NET me vem com aquelas explicações evasivas que te deixam furioso porque pressupõem que você seja um completo idiota. Mas, o que pode ser afinal, o modem é antigo, um Motorola fornecido pela NET.
